This course focuses on strengthening the student’s research project through the review, correction, and expansion of its theoretical and conceptual framework. Students will analyze different theories related to language learning and acquisition, as well as the evolution of language itself, in order to identify approaches that support meaningful second-language learning.

Throughout the course, students will integrate key elements that contribute to the construction of the problem statement and the theoretical framework of their research project. They will also reinforce the general knowledge acquired in Research Seminar I by revising and improving their research proposal.

By the end of the course, students are expected to submit a corrected, expanded, and completed version of their research project, with special emphasis on the conceptual and theoretical foundations.
